This guys is a pathetic loser. I spend half of my life in a state of .075 intoxication and I could have swung this with no problem. In fact, if I had been there drunk they would have been showing my video on the academy awards instead of Court TV.
The judge should have said, in her Victoria Jackson voice, "Your conduct has indicated to me that you suck and you are drunk. You must wipe opposing counsel's ass the next time he takes a shit."
The really funny thing is that as the judge continues to politely humor him instead of just calling him out, he gets more and more sober, which must have sucked for him.
